I just wanted to reach out to thank you for coming out yesterday. I had two other companies come out. One was out on Tuesday and the other was out this morning. Both of them will be quoting me as well. The representatives from each company were good knowledgeable guys and each seemed confident that they could help me out however, neither of them did what you did. You entered the situation from my perspective and took the time to explain to me how you (the professional) would handle the situation if you were in my shoes. You did not take the opportunity to make a sale on a new High efficiency boiler to a guy that knows very little about this area. You used the opportunity to inform me of all options. You have gained a life long customer and someone that will be recommending you to others when ever possible. I look forward to working with you on the repair and maintenance of my boiler and water heater.

Responded quickly for an emergency loss of heat. Problem was simple and fixed quickly. Good knowledge of the system. Didn’t have a price until after the work was done, with a fixed price which worked out to feel pretty high for the amount of work done. All said though, for an emergency fix, totally worth getting the heat back on.

Gordon was hired to perform bi-annual maintenance on my central air and natural gas heater. He showed up on time and went right to work on both units. He did a much better job than the last firm we hired as evidenced by the pile of leaves and seeds he cleared from the AC. The unit required a recharge of freon as well. The heater is old but Gordon felt it was in fair enough condition, though I should be planning for its replacement in the next few years. Overall, great work.
